TUCVM Graduate Public Health Program Holds

Ìý2025 Annual Pinning Ceremony

The TUCVM Department of Graduate Public Health holds Pinning Ceremony 2025 on Feb. 24 at 5:30 PM in Patterson Hall Auditorium - College of Veterinary Medicine. The keynote speaker is: Atty. Crystal James, Vice-President Governmental Affairs & General Counsel for ¿ì»îÊÓƵ.

The Master of Public Health (MPH) Pinning Ceremony is held annually and marks a milestone of achievement for students matriculating in the Master of Public Health Program. Students having successfully completed a minimum of 30 credit hours and upon the recommendation of their academic advisor receive the Department of Graduate Public Health (DGPH) pin. This prestigious pin signifies their readiness to complete the final stages of their professional training with the competencies and skills necessary for the public health workforce. The annual ceremony also marks the beginning of students’ community engagement by receiving the official blazer that is to be worn when presenting in professional and community settings.
