Graduate faculty members in the TUCVM have research expertise in the following areas:听 infectious diseases, cancer, obesity, regulation of food intake, food safety, computational epidemiology, environmental toxicology, pharmacology, immunology, embryology, renal disease, etc.
The听Center for Food Animal Health, Food Safety, 听& Food Defense (CFAFSD)听provides听opportunities for selected graduate students and veterinary students to engage in various aspects of food animal health and food safety.
