Managing Director of Diversified Search Group
Euris E. Belle is Managing Director of Diversified Search Group. She partners with corporate clients in the areas of diversity recruitment, on-boarding, and retention of senior management and emerging leaders. Her search experience spans multiple functional disciplines and she has successfully assisted her clients in developing diverse candidate pools for various positions including finance, human resources, legal, information technology, and DEI practitioners. Additionally, Euris has conducted senior-level searches for public and private colleges and universities (both majority institutions and HBCUs), foundations, and a wide range of not-for-profit organizations. Among her placements are presidents, provosts, chief academic officers, chief information officers, and deans of colleges and universities, as well as CEOs, presidents, and executive directors of nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Diversified Search Group, Euris was with Hodge Partners. Previously, she was a principal in Heidrick & Struggles Atlanta office, where she held both business development and search execution roles. She holds a BA in Computer Studies from Northwestern University.
Managing Director of Storbeck Search
Dr. Christopher D. Lee is聽Managing Director with Storbeck Search. He joined Storbeck Search after nearly 30 years of serving as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for five different public and private institutions, including William & Mary, Bates College, and the Virginia Community College System (VCCS). Chris also served on senior leadership teams, President鈥檚/Chancellor鈥檚 Cabinet, for 21 years of his career. Additionally, Chris was an ACE Fellow from 2003-2004 and was placed in the Provost鈥檚 office of Northeastern University. He is widely known as an expert on the Search Committee process, having authored two books and having trained over 1,000 HR professionals on the subject over the past 20 years. Chris has delivered keynote addresses, provided training, and consulted with over 100 organizations in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and South Africa on human resources-related topics鈥攕earch committees, diversity, and alternative performance appraisal methods. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Marine Corps after serving eight years of active duty and 13 years in the Reserves. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Development from Georgia State University, and MS in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University, and a BA in Political Science from Auburn University.
